Privacy Policy

rutapp.me ("we", "us") provides this Privacy Policy describing how user information is handled in the iOS app "Kioku" (the "App").

1. No account, no direct collection

No account or sign-up is required to use the App. We do not directly collect your name, address, phone number, or email.

2. Data stored on your device

Your best score, highest level, and settings (language, sound, ad-removal purchase state, etc.) are stored only on your device (UserDefaults) and are not sent to our servers.

3. Information collected and used

• Usage & diagnostics (analytics): The App uses Google Firebase Analytics to collect app usage events, device/OS type, approximate region, and analytics identifiers, to improve the service and diagnose issues.
• Advertising: The App uses Google AdMob to serve ads. Device identifiers and usage data may be collected for ad delivery and measurement. The App does not request App Tracking Transparency and serves non-personalized ads. Apple's SKAdNetwork is used for attribution.
• Leaderboards (Game Center): If you use leaderboards, scores are submitted to Apple Game Center and stored/displayed under Apple's control.
• In-app purchases: Purchases such as "Remove Ads" are processed by Apple (StoreKit). We determine purchase status only; we never receive your card or payment details.

4. Third-party services

The App uses the following third-party services, governed by their own privacy policies:

5. Children

The App is not designed for or directed at children of a specific age group, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

6. Your choices

• Manage ad-related settings via iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising / Tracking.
• Purchasing "Remove Ads" stops ads within the App.
• Deleting the App removes data stored on your device.

7. International transfer

Through the third-party services above, information may be processed on servers located outside your country.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as needed. Material changes will be announced on this page.
